Here is a mosaic with my last 9 finished blocks. I just have very little fabric left and will have to wait till my new ordered Liberty fabrics arrive. I have now a total of 54 blocks.

Block K12 - Doris's Dilemma

I enjoyed today's block very much, although it was paper pieced. Why I didn't like paper piecing?? To the block...I paper pieced the central part and then added the last big triangles....result....perfect!!

Block L8 - Box Kite

First we went to Ponta Delgada for our Friday grocery shopping, after that we had lunch and then I had to bake a cake for tonights school party.....and before that event I took a little time to make this block. Last block with this lovely fabric.

Block I3 - Family Album

Easy block again for today. Because I wanted to use this fabric which has quite a large pattern, I decided to cut one 5 1/4" square and then divide it into nine 1 3/4" patches. Then I added the small 3/4" strips. In that way the block should look split out, but you recognize the large piece of fabric.

Block B4 Chris's Soccer Field

 After a sunday walk at Sete Cidades with friends and a lovely lunch with them I spent some time for this block. Paper pieced block and I enjoyed it!!

Block I6 - Viewer's Choice

A quite simple but very time consuming block. The appliqué took me about 2 hours to be done. I managed it to save enough of this fabric for one more block.

Block G13 - Molly's Muffins

Muffins are easier to cook than to sew!! This block gave me problems with my first DJ and gave me problems again with this one...Luckily after a few tries I followed Doreen's tutorial and managed it. Again a block that I adore!!

This is the last block I'll do with this fabric. Now I really need that my new ordered fabrics arrive!!! I love this block. Let's see if I manage one more for today...but first DH has to watch motorbike race, then we go to the monthly flea market and maybe later....
